Eyal Rubinson

I'm an Assistant Professor at the Department of Middle Eastern Studies and Political Science, Ariel University (Israel), and a visiting research fellow at the Institut Barcelona d'Estudis Internacionals (IBEI). My work spans the areas of international organizations, international conflict and collective security (NATO), and EU politics. In 2019, I was a postdoctoral research fellow at the NATO Defense College in Rome, and since 2020 - research fellow at the Truman Institute (Hebrew University).
My work appeared in the Journal of International Relations and Development; International Interactions; European Union Politics; Journal of European Integration, Journal of Asian and African Studies and European Law Review. My book on the role of democracy in NATO enlargement is published with State University of New York (SUNY) Press, expected in early 2024. I received my Ph.D. in 2017 from the Political Science Department at Tel Aviv University, Israel. |
